Classically trained, Jack first worked at the prestigious Claridge’s Hotel and in a four year tenure, worked the entirety of an exclusive residency for Denmark’s world-renowned restaurant, Noma. Jack then moved to refine his skills under the direction of Phil Howard at The Square in Mayfair for a further two years. After being at Perilla from the outset, Jack set up Galliano Dining with the ambition to provide unparalleled levels of cuisine and technique in a more private setting.
Amrik has worked in the world of corporate finance, primarily within the world of leverage finance in Real Estate and Infrastructure. Simultaneously, Amrik has been building an enviable network of clients and affiliates that Galliano Dining are proud to work alongside. Amrik is involved on a daily basis in liaising with new and existing clients, as well as taking care of the nuts and bolts of business operations.
